I want to suggest you my suggestion.It is Government Pay.It will give to all faction except hitman because it is not work for government.The pay value are depending the rank.Higher rank,higher the pay.It will make the game more realistic

Azrul this is already in the script , Only Admins have to set the pay of each faction . So I will set the Government pay soon .
