First Suggestion is to make Advanced MDC system , MDC system is a computer for LSPD to check the player's License , Tickets , how much points in his license etc. , It can be used to know how many members online of all Law Enforcement factions like LSPD/FBI/SASD and to know the other faction members like DoC/LSFD . It will be good if you put in it a "BOLO" then player click on it and insert a "BOLO" description to be dispatched to all LEO's.
